P-Series Features

The P-Series transformer cooling fan is available in four sizes: 12", 16", 18", 24" and 27" cast aluminum propellers.

All of or fans have OSHA-compliant guards (all openings are less than 1/2"). Guards are heavy duty, hot dip galvanized for durability. Standard airflow up to 10,680 CFM. Motors are securely connected to the guard by 3/8" stainless steel bolts.

All of our motors are custom manufactured in the U.S.A. by well known companies. Our standard motor has a 400 series stainless steel shaft. They are totally enclosed, C-face with removable drain plugs (IP 54 with the plugs installed). They feature class F Insulation, 5/8" shafts with permanently lubricated shielded ball bearings. Motors are rated for 55° C ambient temperature, continuous operation.

Our modular design propellers offer you a wide spectrum of airflow vs. noise. We can readily change the diameter or pitch of our propellers to offer custom configured fans for lower noise or higher airflow.

We can even optimize fans for 50 Hertz operation. Many manufacturers are limited to one sand-cast propeller for each fan that they offer. Our modular propeller offers an unlimited combination of diameters and blade angle to get the most out of the motor you have paid for. Our 50 Hz optimized fans deliver the maximum airflow avialable from the motor's horsepower. Some additional manufacturing time is required, please contact our Sales Department for more information.
