California Turbo Warranty

Limited Warranty

California Turbo, Inc. warrants, to the purchaser, its fans and blowers to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for one year after date of purchase. Any part, which is determined by California Turbo, Inc. to be defective in workmanship or materials, will, at California Turbo Inc’s. option and as an exclusive remedy, be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty applies to all products and motors but does not apply to other electrical or electronic components which are warranted by their respective manufacturer (contact California Turbo, Inc. for additional information).

No other warranty, expressed or implied, as to description, quality, merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or any other matter is given by California Turbo, Inc. Under no circumstances shall the seller by liable for direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses or damages arising out of defects in, or failure of, the product; and in any case, costs in excess of the selling price of the product.

This warranty shall not apply to products which have failed due to:
· improper storage and handling prior to installation,
· faulty installation or incorrect electrical connections, or
· abnormal operating conditions such as excessively high humidity, corrosive or hazardous environments.

No product can be returned for repair or replacement without prior written authorization and return freight prepaid by the customer. Return freight for repaired or replacement goods will be paid by California Turbo.
